Wayne oversees all Terra Renewal efforts in the Organic Residuals Division, including sales, operations and strategic/logistic planning for nearly 100 operations in 20 states. Wayne joined Terra Renewal as a project manager in 1999 and became division president in 2007. Prior to Terra Renewal, Wayne worked with Pilgrim’s Pride and Tyson Foods in various positions from Supervisor to Shift Manager (1989 – 1999). Wayne attended Angelina Jr. College and East Texas Baptist University.
