Employment at Will:

Attendance:
Regular attendance and punctuality contribute to Terra Renewal's efficient operations. Employees are expected to give advanced notice of any absences or tardiness as early as possible.
Performance Reviews:
Terra Renewal strives to hire career-oriented individuals who demonstrate their ability to contribute to our goals. Compensation is based on performance and contribution to the company rather than tenure. The following factors will be considered during performance reviews: attendance; initiative and effort; knowledge of work; quality of work; and other factors that apply.
Drugs and Alcohol:
Terra Renewal is committed to providing our employees with a safe workplace. Terra Renewal has a zero tolerance policy in the use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace. It is a violation of our policy to use, possess, distribute, sell, trade, or offer to buy illegal drugs or otherwise engage in illegal drug use on the job.

Drug and Alcohol testing is performed via a urine drug screen for all job applicants. A confirmed and verified positive test by a certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) will result in withdrawal of a job offer. Random drug screenings as well as reasonable suspicion testing are both done at Terra Renewal.
