- 2006 – Acquired CDS in Northeast Texas
- 2006 – Acquired EnviroVac of Houston, TX – leader in used cooking oil reclamation
- 2007 – Acquired Bio-Vac of Tennessee – regional provider of grease trap waste disposal services
- 2007 – Acquired Enviroganics, Houston-based subsidiary of American Water, a municipal wastewater treatment company
- 2007 – Acquired and merged three companies: Soil Farming, Inc., Blue Iron Equipment and Vista Services. All three are western Oklahoma-based energy fluids services companies
- 2008 – Acquired California-based Fleet Services and Solid Solutions. Both companies serve the California market with transportation, disposal and recycling of municipal biosolids.
